“Living at the Jersey Shore, we love our summers! We enjoy barbecuing, and creating and trying new recipes. The steak marinade is a family favorite. Our “growing” family gets together every Monday night for dinner, followed up with roasting marshmallows by the fire pit! I just finished The Girl on the Train and Still Alice. I’m currently reading Big Little Lies and Steena’s book club book, Leaving Time. ”
- Louisiana hot sauce
- Soy sauce
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Lemon juice
- Fresh basil
- Place all ingredients in plastic bag or container.
- Mix until combined, tasting as you mix to get just-the-right flavor.
- Place steaks in marinade and refrigerate for as long as you wish.
