Day 1 — Monday
Arrival & Welcome Evening · Brussels
Arrive in Brussels with private transfers to Hotel Amigo. As the city begins to glow with its Christmas lights, we gather for a champagne welcome cocktail at the hotel. Dinner follows at the iconic Les Armes de Bruxelles, a renowned restaurant since 1902.
Meals: DinnerDay 2 — Tuesday
Brussels: Chocolate Hunt, Grand-Place & Waffle Workshop
A guided "Chocolate Hunt" through Brussels — hidden chocolatiers, iconic houses, and boutique confectionery studios tucked into the city's historic streets. A hands-on Belgian waffle workshop to master that crisp, golden crunch. The evening is yours to explore the glittering Grand-Place, a UNESCO World Heritage site, dressed in its Christmas best.
Meals: Breakfast · Dinner at leisureDay 3 — Wednesday
Bruges — Christmas Markets & The Lace Makers' Trail
A guided stroll through Bruges' UNESCO-listed historic center — candlelit canals, Gothic belfries, and artisan market squares. Follow the Bruges Lace Makers' Trail, celebrating the city's storied tradition of women artisans and time-honored craft. Browse chocolatiers and find gifts at the Christmas market before dinner at The Brasserie.
Meals: Breakfast & DinnerDay 4 — Thursday
Ghent — Canal Cruise, Bookz & Booze & Dinner at Marmiton
Glide Ghent's historic canals on a guided boat cruise, taking in medieval facades and the city's extraordinary skyline from the water. Explore Ghent's intimate Christmas market on foot — castles, cathedrals, and cobblestone lanes. We end our time in Ghent with one of Steena's favorite artisanal pastries and a stop at Bookz & Booze. Then we take the train back to Brussels, strolling the exquisite royal alleyway to dinner at Marmiton.
Meals: Breakfast & DinnerDay 5 — Friday
Antwerp — Chocolate, Diamonds & Christmas Markets
We take the train to Antwerp for a special day starting with a visit to one of Steena's favorite chocolate museums, followed by a bean-to-bar workshop led by a chocolatier. Lunch is at Octave, where a special fusion menu weaves chocolate and gastronomy together. After lunch, stroll through Antwerp's historic centre: visit The Chocolate Line to taste signature creations in the magnificent Paleis op de Meir, once Napoleon's city palace; enjoy a tour of the splendid Nottebohm Room to admire its rare books and ornate interior; then explore the Diamond Quarter to meet skilled artisans and learn about Antwerp's centuries-old jewellery traditions. Finish with free time to browse the Christmas market in the 16th-century heart of the city before returning to Brussels by train.
