In order to help me celebrate the release of my new sweet romance Sweet Memories, my secret society group is helping me to launch a fabulous recipe exchange!

The idea was if I were to have an actual party – what would everyone bring?

Of course – you know I’d be bringing dessert! But before I share my recipe, I thought I’d let you in on some of my ‘society sisters’ treats they would bring.

Now, you all should know me by now and you should know what I’m thinking. Right?

There’s not enough chocolate on there!

So here’s what I’ll bring ~ Decadent Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake.

I know, I know…zucchini in chocolate cake? I thought the same thing. But my husband brought home a large zucchini and I’ve been trying to think of ways to use it and despite my declaration to NEVER add zucchini to my cakes, I gave in. That first bite was a bit difficult for me…I believe I stared at the fork for longer than I should have. But the moment I took a bite of that cake…OMG. Talk about moist and sweet and delicious…and I swear I had no idea (nor do my children) that there is a vegetable in there! I promise!

So here’s my really easy recipe. I’ll admit – I wasn’t willing to spend the time and effort on a homemade cake with zucchini just in case I didn’t like it, so I went the easy route and used a boxed cake mix.
