Today has been an awesome day! Not only is it my birthday (thank you to everyone who has left me birthday wishes on my Facebook Page, Twitter, by email and in my Facebook group) but I also signed a new contract for my next book – Saving Abby.

I love this story. I’ve had so much fun writing it despite it’s deep topic. The characters have come alive to me, I laugh, I cry and I feel deeply for what they are going through. I can’t wait for you to read it too!

I’m also headed to New York City to attend the RWA conference where I’ll be able to learn more about my craft, reunite myself with old friends and take in the sights. I love to travel and can’t wait to experience all that New York City has to offer.

Saving Abby will be published in Spring 2016…not too long from now.

Oh…and…have you all see the cover for my next release out November 3, 2015?

I can’t wait for you to read The Word Game and am so excited that not only will it be available as an ebook and paper copy but also hard copy!

ABOUT THE WORD GAME:

“For overprotective parent Alyson Ward, any time her daughter, Lyla, is out of sight is reason to panic. So it’s a big step for her when she lets Lyla attend a sleepover at her cousin’s house. Comforted by the knowledge that her sister, Tricia, is the chaperone, Alyson does the one thing she never thought possible: she lets go and trusts that her daughter will be safe.

But Alyson’s sense of peace is short lived. When Lyla comes home the next morning, she reveals something that could tear apart not only their family but also the entire community. Now, Alyson and Tricia must confront their painful shared past as they come together to help a little girl who they fear might be harboring terrible secrets similar to their own. Will the sisters be strong enough to face their demons in order to protect the child, even if it means telling their most private truths?”
