I doubt I need to finish that sentence before you already have the song playing in your head 🙂

I used to love Mr. Rogers. I thought every man who wore a cardigan was so handsome and friendly. I loved the stories he’d tell and the way his voice was almost mesmerizing.

Thank you to the lovely Patricia Sands for reminding me about this childhood memory 🙂 She has me over at her blog today to join in the Scavenger Hunt … and the word for her blog today so you can enter it into the Scavenger Hunt is the OTHER name of the person she has on today 🙂 Hint: first name is Jess but you need to include her last name.

Also – while you are there – be sure to congratulate Patricia for finalizing in the 2012 National Indie Exellence Award contest for her awesome book – Bridge Club – a story about female friendships and life.

I’m also over at Words from the Heart talking about taking the fear of danger out of our kids – and I share a story about my daughter and how she determined to not let having someone follow her to school scare her.  Please be sure to leave a comment!
