I look at these images for a carnival and I get excited. We have the Calgary Stampede here in town and I’m taking my girls on Wednesday – where we will get our fill of candied apples, fried oreo’s, cotton candy and more!
I took my girls last year and they had a lot of fun. They all walked away with huge teddy bears as prizes and we even saw an ice skating event that blew my socks off even though we stood up in the rafters 🙂
The Calgary Stampede is a bit different than the carnivals I went to as a kid. Or maybe I’m just older and see things differently – lol. I don’t remember them begin so crowded or loud or smelly … but then again they didn’t have the various ‘fried’ foods back when I was a kid either.
June was such a fun month with all the blog tours and hosts. Having a Finding Emma Scavenger Hunt was so much fun, more than I thought it would be. I want to thank everyone who took part in my scavenger hunt with Wow! Women on Writing Blog Tours. The response was fabulous and I had fun on the posts and on pinterest. I hope you did too!
